8. Organ donor
It’s April 1st and you know what that means! Our eighth Collage Club prompt is here . . .
If you died, and your heart was donated to someone else, what memories of yours would come with it?
The above idea comes from club co-founder Eleanor (with a heavy dose of inspo from her mom and club member, Meg Woods). To elaborate:
Apparently, decades of anecdotal research suggests that some percentage of heart transplant recipients can recall memories of the donor’s life, including the deceased’s name, their food preferences, various aspects of their personality, and even how they died. The exact nature of these “memory transplants” remain to be seen. But it got me thinking, what would my donated heart tell its recipient about me?

Now, dear reader, YOUR TASK IS SIMPLE: Run with this inspiration and collage something — anything! — by the end of the month.
Then, share a photo of the results with me, Hannah, at a.hannah.seo@gmail.com and I’ll circulate it in next month’s newsletter for all to see.
While you’re at it, please submit ideas for prompts HERE. We’ll pick one at random each month, in the hopes every club member’s ideas are represented. We would love nothing more than to collage to your creative vision, please send us ideas!!!
Finally, please feel free to forward this email to friends and family, enemies and lovers. Everyone is welcome!
